The GC60-C Commercial Gas Charbroiler is a heavy-duty floor-standing grill designed for restaurants, cafés, Western kitchens and other commercial foodservice operations.
Featuring a thick cast iron cooking grill and 11.8kW gas input, it provides a durable grilling surface for preparing meats, seafood, vegetables and other grilled dishes. The slanted grill design incorporates an oil channel to simplify cleaning, while the open cabinet underneath provides convenient storage for cookware and kitchen accessories.
