The GF60-P Commercial Gas Flat Griddle is a compact countertop cooking unit designed for professional kitchens where efficient use of workspace is important. Its 550 × 550mm flat cooking surface provides ample space for preparing burgers, pancakes, eggs, vegetables, meats and other griddle-cooked dishes.
Powered by a 6.2kW U-shaped gas burner, the griddle provides controlled heat across the cooking surface for everyday commercial use. Its countertop configuration makes it suitable for restaurants, cafés, food stalls, catering kitchens and other foodservice operations.
