The GC60-P Commercial Gas Charbroiler is a compact countertop grill designed for high-volume grilling in professional kitchens. Its 11.8kW cast iron burner system works with volcanic stones to distribute heat beneath the cooking surface, making it suitable for grilling steaks, burgers, ribs, skewers and other meats or vegetables.
The thick cast iron grill features a slanted design with an oil channel for easier cleaning, while the compact 600mm-wide body makes it suitable for kitchens where countertop space is limited.
