The JDR-H800 Commercial Kitchen Waste Treatment & Dewatering System is designed for large commercial kitchens that generate high volumes of food waste and require a more efficient way to collect, process and reduce wet kitchen waste.

The system combines food waste crushing, pipeline transfer and centralised dewatering. Food waste can be processed at multiple crushing units positioned around the kitchen, then transferred through a pipeline to a central dewatering unit. This allows waste from different preparation and washing areas to be handled through one centralised system.

With a processing capacity of up to 800 litres per hour, the JDR-H800 crushes food waste including bones, shells and fibrous vegetables, then removes moisture to significantly reduce the weight and volume of waste requiring storage, collection and disposal.

How It Works

Food Waste → Crushing → Pipeline Transfer → Centralised Dewatering → Reduced Wet Waste

Crushing units can be installed at different waste-generating areas within the kitchen. Processed waste is transferred through the pipeline system to the central dewatering unit, where excess moisture is removed before the remaining waste is collected for disposal or further treatment.

For projects requiring further treatment, a fully automatic biodegradation unit can be added as an optional downstream system. This is separate from the standard JDR-H800 crushing and dewatering configuration.
